Ingredients
- 1 whole avocado
- 2 whole tomatoes
- 1 handful basil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup spinach
Instructions
- 1Prepare all the ingredients: wash the tomatoes and spinach, peel and pit the avocado.
- 2In a blender, combine the avocado, tomatoes, fresh basil, and lemon juice.
- 3Add filtered water and ice cubes to the blender.
- 4Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
