Ingredients
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon rosemary
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese with olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, thyme, rosemary, basil, and oregano.
- 3Season the mixture with sea salt and black pepper to taste.
- 4Transfer the cheese mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
