- 4 whole avocado
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup basil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- 1Slice avocados in half and remove the pits. Carefully scoop out some of the flesh to create more room for the filling, leaving a border.
