Ingredients

  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 2 whole peaches
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 0.25 cup almonds
  • 10 leaves mint
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits.
  3. 3Brush the cut sides of the peaches with olive oil.
  4. 4Place the peaches on the grill, cut side down, and grill for 4-5 minutes until charred and slightly softened.
  5. 5In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with lemon juice.
  6. 6Place the grilled peaches on plates and dollop with the Greek yogurt mixture.
  7. 7Drizzle honey over the top of the yoghurt and peaches.
  8. 8Sprinkle with chopped almonds.
  9. 9Garnish with mint leaves.
  10. 10Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy Mediterranean breakfast.
