Ingredients
- 2 steaks Ahi Tuna
- 2 tablespoons light olive oil
- 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
- 0.25 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 0.25 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 0.5 teaspoon dried rubbed sage
Instructions
- 1Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- 2Pat the Ahi Tuna steaks dry with a paper towel. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of light olive oil and season with sea salt and white pepper.
