Ingredients
- 4 pieces pork chops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons rosemary
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- 1In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar, honey, and Dijon mustard. Simmer over low heat until the mixture is reduced by half, about 15 minutes.
- 2Crush the garlic and finely chop the rosemary. Mix with olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper.
- 3Rub the garlic-rosemary mixture onto both sides of the pork chops.
- 4Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
