Ingredients
- 4 fillets sea bass
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 1 whole lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon peppers
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- 1Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- 2Rinse sea bass fillets under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- 3Rub each fillet with olive oil, then season with sea salt and black pepper.
- 4Thinly slice the lemon, and finely chop rosemary and thyme leaves.
- 5Place lemon slices and half of the herbs onto the grill, creating a bed for the fish.
- 6Lay the sea bass fillets on top of the lemon slices and herbs.
- 7Grill for about 7-8 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- 8Finely mince the garlic cloves and mix with the remaining herbs.
- 9Once the fish is cooked, remove from the grill and garnish with the garlic and herb mixture.
- 10Serve immediately, accompanied by the grilled lemon slices for an additional zest.
