Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup red lentils
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon, grated ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. 1Core and chop the green apple into small pieces.
  2. 2Rinse the cooked green lentils under cold water.
  3. 3Place the chopped green apple, lentils, and almond milk into the blender.
  4. 4Add the baby spinach to the blender.
  5. 5Peel and add the ripe banana to the mixture.
