  • 1 whole banana
  • 2 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 0.5 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 whole water

Instructions

  3. 3Peel the banana and cut into slices.
