- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 cup brussels sprouts
- 2 leaves bay leaves
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 2 tbsp water
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, whisk together honey, extra virgin olive oil, garlic-infused oil, sweet paprika, dried thyme, dried oregano, dried rubbed sage, and water to form the glaze.
- 2Pat chicken drumsticks dry and season generously with sea salt. In a large baking dish, arrange drumsticks, diced sweet potatoes, halved Brussels sprouts, shallot slices, and bay leaves.
- 3Pour the honey-herb glaze over the chicken and vegetables, ensuring everything is well coated.
