Ingredients
- 2 cups labneh
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon zaatar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon mint
- 1 clove garlic
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- 1Place labneh in a mixing bowl.
- 2Finely chop the fresh mint leaves.
- 3Mince the garlic clove.
- 4Add olive oil, zaatar, lemon juice, chopped mint, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to the labneh. Mix until well combined.
- 5Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
- 6Before serving, give the labneh mixture a good stir.
- 7Transfer the labneh to a serving plate. Using the back of a spoon, create a well in the center.
- 8Drizzle additional olive oil over the labneh and sprinkle with more zaatar.
- 9Garnish with extra mint leaves.
- 10Serve with warm pita bread or fresh vegetables for dipping.
