Ingredients

  • 1 pound lamb
  • 4 pieces wheat bread
  • 1 cup red peppers
  • 1 piece garlic
  • 0.25 cup parsley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2In a bowl, mix ground lamb with minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
  3. 3Grill patties for 5-6 minutes on each side or until the desired doneness.
