Ingredients

  • 400 g shrimp
  • 2 cups quinoa
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons chives
  • 1 bunch green onions

Instructions

  1. 1Prepare all ingredients: clean and devein the shrimp, mince the garlic, and finely chop the chives and green onion.
  2. 2Cook the quinoa according to package instructions and set aside, keeping it warm.
  3. 3Heat the sunflower oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. 4Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with sea salt. Cook until the shrimp turn pink and opaque, approximately 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. 5Remove the skillet from heat. Stir in the fresh chives and green onion, reserving some for garnish.
