  • 0.125 tsp turmeric

Instructions

  1. 1Gently combine baby spinach, cucumber, bell pepper, shredded carrot, and cooked quinoa in a large bowl.
  2. 2Slice the pre-grilled chicken breast and add it to the salad.
  3. 3In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, lemon zest, chopped basil, chopped oregano, chopped chives, sea salt, black pepper, dried oregano, and turmeric.
