  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 tortilla
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 2 roma tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup red cabbage
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese
  • 0.5 cup non-fat greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup red onion
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint

Instructions

  1. 1Heat extra virgin olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown ground lamb, seasoning with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, ground cumin, salt, and pepper until cooked through and browned.
  2. 2While lamb cooks, prepare the yogurt sauce by combining non-fat greek yogurt with chopped fresh chives, fresh mint, and lemon juice. Prepare remaining toppings: slice cucumber, dice roma tomatoes, shred red cabbage, and thinly slice red onion.
