Ingredients

  • 1 sheet grain puff pastry
  • 6 whole figs
  • 100 g prosciutto
  • 100 g goat cheese
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp peppers
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2Roll out the whole grain puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. 3Slice fresh figs into quarters and arrange on the puff pastry.
  4. 4Tear prosciutto into thin strips and distribute evenly over the figs.
  5. 5Crumble goat cheese and sprinkle over the pastry.
  6. 6Drizzle balsamic vinegar and honey evenly across the toppings.
  7. 7Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and puffed.
