  • 1.5 kg turkey breast
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp rosemary
  • 2 tbsp thyme
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels to ensure proper seasoning adhesion.
  3. 3Combine olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, oregano, lemon zest, lemon juice, sea salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  4. 4Rub the herb mixture all over the turkey breast, ensuring it's evenly coated.
  5. 5Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan.
  6. 6Roast in the preheated oven for about 90 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. 7Baste the turkey breast with its juices halfway through cooking to keep it moist.
  8. 8Once cooked, remove the turkey from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. This ensures the juices redistribute for a moist turkey.
