Ingredients
- 500 g pork sausage
- 400 g cannellini beans
- 2 cups kale
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 medium onion
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 400 g tomatoes
- 1 tbsp rosemary
- 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp peppers
Instructions
- 1Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 2Add the sliced sausage and brown for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
- 3Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet, sautéing until the onion is translucent, about 3 minutes.
- 4Stir in the diced tomatoes (with juice), chicken broth, rosemary, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer.
- 5Rinse the cannellini beans under cold water and add them to the skillet.
- 6Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
