Ingredients

  • 2 medium cucumber
  • 3 large tomatoes
  • 0.25 cup red onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 juiced lemon
  • 0.25 cup parsley
  • 0.25 cup mint

Instructions
