Ingredients
- 4 pieces salmon fillet
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 stalks green onions
Instructions
- 1Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2In a small bowl, mix together turmeric, grated ginger, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, sea salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- 3Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each fillet generously with the marinade.
- 4Sprinkle sesame seeds evenly over the marinated salmon.
- 5Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- 6While the salmon is baking, lightly toast the green onions in a pan over medium heat with a small drizzle of olive oil until they are slightly charred.
