Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 0.5 cup blueberries
  • 0.5 cup strawberries
  • 1 each banana
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 each mint

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, mix the chia seeds with almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well until fully combined.
  2. 2Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, allowing the chia seeds to swell and absorb the liquid.
  3. 3After the pudding has set, give it a good stir to break up any clumps.
  4. 4Prepare the fruits by washing the blueberries and strawberries. Hull and slice the strawberries.
